As a <strong>Test Engineer II,</strong>&nbsp;you’ll be crucial in ensuring continued innovation and supporting our diverse team.</span></p><p style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;">The Test Engineer II is responsible for designing, planning, and executing tests on switchgear products and/or their components to evaluate their performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing test procedures, analyzing test data, and providing insights to support product development and quality improvement efforts. The role involves leading small and medium scale projects to improve test capabilities, and to maintain the lab’s facilities and processes. Conduct a range of tests, including short-circuit tests, dielectric tests, partial discharge tests, impulse tests, insulation resistance tests, and power frequency tests, in accordance with requirements provided in industry standards and S&amp;C’s internal standards.</span></p><p style="line-height:normal;margin:6.0pt 0in 6.0pt .5in;text-indent:-.25in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;">•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Accurately collect test data and measurements during testing. Apply standard engineering methods and techniques to solve problems.
