Getting on my knees
Planting seeds for those in need
Isn’t always comfortable, but God has a plan
A divine destination and it’s a blessing, if I can
Just wrap my head around all God is doing
Door after door, change after change, I’m moving
Don’t always want to get in the dirt
Planting seeds many times makes me hurt
But God has a plan, a divine destination
And it’s a blessing, if I can
Just accept the blessings the Lord has laid in store for me
Exceeding and abundantly
Can’t say I won’t have to do more gardening
And believe me, digging in the dirt is not my thing
But when I labor in the garden for the benefit of others in the Kingdom
The Lord nurses my wounds and in the blessing there is freedom
Freedom to press toward the mark and make a new start
No matter what you have done, continue on Destiny’s Road. Remember, by this time, God’s favor is upon you and His Spirit will never lead you where His grace cannot keep you. Don’t turn back, press forward!
Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV) says:
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Keep focused on the goal if you want everything God has for you. If any of you have something else in mind, something less than total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision.
