Pastor Velma "Jeannie" Overman is a member of Christ Temple City of Refuge in Inkster, Mi, where Bishop L.C. Barnes Jr. and Lady Kaunita D. Barnes are her spiritual parents. Pastor O, as she is affectionately called, serves a Pastor of Ministries where she is responsible for the developing and maturing of ministries at C.T.C.O.R. as well as training of disciples and the building up of the five-fold ministry.
